Position Overview

We are seeking a Content Creator Lead to head our creative team, overseeing content strategy, production, and execution across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful content that drives brand growth.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the content creation team, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship.
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.
• Plan, conceptualize, and produce creative content (videos, graphics, short-form, and long-form).
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates (TikTok, Shopee Live, IG, etc.), and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to align content with business goals.
• Monitor performance analytics and optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Ensure brand consistency, quality, and timely delivery of all content outputs.
