Senior Procurement Executive , where you’ll play a key role in driving efficient purchasing processes, vendor management, and catalogue enablement across our organization. What you’ll be doing : Review and approve Purchase Requisitions (PR) and manage Purchase Orders (PO). Support vendor onboarding, catalogue enablement, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Act as the first point of contact (L0 support) for procurement system and policy queries. Partner with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and more. Contribute to process improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives. What we’re looking for : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field. 3+ years’ experience in procurement operations (shared services / global environment is a plus). Strong knowledge of procurement systems (ERP / P2P) and MS Office tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Chinese is a bonus. Details
