Work you’ll do As a member of the SEA M&R team, you will :

Review and evaluate audit quality processes and controls across Southeast Asia.

Identify gaps, perform root cause analysis, and drive remediation initiatives to ensure timely and effective follow-up.

Collaborate with SEA, regional, and global monitoring teams to ensure alignment and consistency.

Share insights and best practices to strengthen the SoQM and support continuous improvement.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements - Profile Sought

Manager or Senior Manager with strong audit and quality experience.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience engaging effectively with various organizational levels, including senior leadership.

Knowledge of ISQM 1 / 2, ISAs, and firm methodology.

Experience in reviewing internal control systems; PCAOB audit experience an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Demonstrated interest in audit quality, and continuous improvement.

High degree of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Independent, meticulous, and professional, with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, with a collaborative and positive attitude.
