Engineer ( Fresh Graduate )

Job Overview :

Support production line in achieving Quality, Delivery, Cycle Time, and Process Improvement, Cost Saving and Improve Equipment Stability such MTBF and MTBA.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Establish and setup new assembly process capabilities and materials including hand-on equipment setup.
• Monitor performance, quality and reliability of process. Identify problems, recommendation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support engineering build requests, ramp ups and platform extensions.
• Monitor and improving the yield, including cost reduction activities.
• Support on the TMM and TMS activities
• Support on the machine OEE
• Manage new product Qual / Eng till HVM.
• Interface / coordinate with internal & external for all aspects of production line related activities.

Qualification & Experience :

Degree holder of Bachelor of Science or Engineering. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply

Proficient in Mandarin (Speaking and writing). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
