Responsibilities :
- Responsible to check and receive Theme Park items, Warehouse stock items including DML, Non‑DML, Direct Issue and Upon request items.
- Support warehouse operations by receiving incoming material, counting and inventory items, as well as receiving and checking the contents of packages against packing lists and manifests.
- Perform weight checks of goods on scale, counting units, measuring lengths, thickness etc. with the required tools provided.
- Perform physical checks on the product label, specification, quality and quantity received against the Purchase Order.
- Check on temperature and cleanliness of the truck, seafood, chicken and meat according to the guideline given.
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt inventory by physically or electronically recording all invoices / DO into the logbook. Goods without PO or PR (LOA) are to be recorded and submitted to GCP.
- Check on expiry date, manufacturing label, Halal status and ensure DML food follows HACCP standards.
- Raise Goods Returned Note accurately for supplier to sign on sample, rejected or repaired goods and perform reversal in system if required.
- Coordinate with warehouse and end user on goods received or returned goods.
- Ensure goods received are properly arranged at the designated staging area and inform end user to collect it within the time frame.
- Stick liquor and wine stickers on the bottles.
- Operate the forklift and power pallet truck during unloading of goods.
- Carry out cleaning on all equipment after use including sanitization.
- Check and discharge diesel at all locations in the Resort (off‑site Central Receiving).
- Carry out any other assignment or task given by superior as required.
- Comply and conform to all Quality Management System requirements as set by Management.
Job requirement
