Malaysia QA / QC, Civil & Structural VIEW ROLE

AIS Malaysia is seeking a QA / QC Civil & Structural who will be responsible for ensuring that all civil and structural works comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This role involves reviewing and verifying structural drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals, as well as developing and implementing QA / QC procedures and inspection test plans (ITPs). The individual will monitor construction activities, conduct site inspections and quality audits, coordinate material testing, and maintain comprehensive QA / QC documentation. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with contractors, consultants, and third-party testing agencies to identify non-conformances and oversee corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and verify structural drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Develop and implement QA / QC procedures and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance.
• Conduct material testing coordination and review.
• Perform site inspections and quality audits.
• Review concrete pour cards and structural steel erection checklists.
• Maintain QA / QC documentation and records.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and third-party testing agencies.
• Identify non-conformances and monitor corrective actions.
