Job Description – In-House Trainer / Product Expert
Responsibilities
Conduct product and sales training to help staff understand our products and how to sell them effectively.
Provide training for staff who participate in marketing events so they can represent the brand confidently and accurately.
Handle the planning, organizing, and monitoring of training programs, including keeping attendance records and tracking progress.
Conduct onboarding training for new joiners to help them understand the company, their roles, and our products.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in training, sales support, product expertise, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong presentation skills are also encouraged to apply).
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging diverse audiences.
Ability to travel occasionally for training sessions and events (if required).
