Responsibilities

  • Reception & Concierge – First Impressions & Ongoing Care

Serve as the welcoming face of the community, ensuring every resident, family, and visitor feels genuinely valued from the moment they arrive.

  • Manage phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and care.
  • Provide concierge-style support, including transport bookings, activity arrangements, and personal requests to enhance day-to-day living.
  • Relationship Building & Tours

    • Conduct guided tours that go beyond showcasing facilities — create meaningful conversations that build reassurance and trust.

  • Present living options, services, and amenities in a clear and compassionate manner.
  • Gather and act on resident and family feedback, showing that every voice matters.
  • Sales & Community Engagement

    • Support the admissions process with empathy, helping families navigate decisions with clarity and confidence.

  • Organize and host open houses, wellness sessions, and social events to strengthen community bonds.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with residents and families, turning them into advocates of the community.
  • Resident Well-Being & Family Liaison

    • Act as a consistent point of contact for residents and families, ensuring needs and concerns are addressed promptly.

  • Encourage residents to participate in lifestyle and wellness programs to enhance quality of life.
  • Suggest new initiatives that improve comfort, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with care teams, doctors, and therapists to ensure personalized support for residents’ well-being.

  • Contribute to workshops, blogs, and outreach activities that highlight the holistic care approach.
  • Promote a “relationship-first” culture where hospitality, care, and wellness are seamlessly integrated.
