Manager, DPP - Digital Sourcing - Unsecured Product

This role focuses on end‑to‑end online sales acquisition for unsecured products (CC CPL, Cashlite, Awam‑i and FPP) and is responsible for developing, executing and optimizing digital sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Sales Strategy Development – Develop use cases to optimise propensity models for maximum sales, identify target audiences and customer segments to improve application start rates, design and execute end‑to‑end digital acquisition campaigns, craft segmented online communication content (SMS, WA, Messenger, eDM), and increase customer traffic to product landing pages.
- Funnel Management & Optimization – Manage performance of the digital sales funnel across cross‑functional teams, track conversions and approval rates, analyse sales data, run A / B and multivariate tests, and leverage AI / ML models for personalised targeting.
- Lead Generation & Conversion – Design and execute omni‑channel strategies to generate high‑quality leads, streamline online‑to‑offline acquisition processes, engage channels for sales closure, maintain platform functionality, and use CRM tools to nurture and track conversions.
- Sales Support – Provide production sales support, interface with technology for issue resolution, and ensure compliance with group, local and regional regulations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Business, Marketing, Finance or Engineering.3‑5+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales or customer acquisition.Proven track record of achieving digital sales targets and managing acquisition campaigns.Familiarity with digital sales tools, analytics and performance tracking.Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments.Product knowledge and experience with financial services is preferred.Results‑focused, performance‑driven with strong business and commercial acumen.Technical / Functional Skills
