Job Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the technical team by adhering to technical processes, assisting in arranging technical daily operations, handling inquiries, processing orders and resolving any customer issues or concerns
- Review and understand sales quotations, terms and conditions of sales offer and consolidate all the sales order to proceed machine, equipment, spare part ordering
Process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Liaise with various departments, such as Sales, Finance & Billing, Logistics in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Maintain and update internal records to ensure data accuracy and integrityEnsure documents are filed promptly and accuratelyAssist with email correspondence, phone calls and other forms of communications with clients and internal teamsRespond to customer inquiries and provide product or service informationSupport and resolve technical related matters and disputesCoordinate and schedule technical appointments and travel arrangements for technical teamsDeal with forwarder for import goodsPerform administrative tasks as required to meet the department's needsPerform any other ad hoc duties assigned
