Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the technical team by adhering to technical processes, assisting in arranging technical daily operations, handling inquiries, processing orders and resolving any customer issues or concerns
  • Review and understand sales quotations, terms and conditions of sales offer and consolidate all the sales order to proceed machine, equipment, spare part ordering

Process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Liaise with various departments, such as Sales, Finance & Billing, Logistics in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment

  • Maintain and update internal records to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Ensure documents are filed promptly and accurately
  • Assist with email correspondence, phone calls and other forms of communications with clients and internal teams
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information
  • Support and resolve technical related matters and disputes
  • Coordinate and schedule technical appointments and travel arrangements for technical teams
  • Deal with forwarder for import goods
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to meet the department's needs
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
