Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Friendly and able to confidently communicate with internal team
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Google Sheet
Responsibilities
Export Sales - Existing customer order management (with guidance by Senior)
Process export sales orders and coordinate with internal teamsPrepare invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents including checkingEnsure order accuracy and pricing complianceShipping & logistics coordination with freight forwarders / shipping companiesUpdate and maintain google sheet for export sales orderFamiliar with Adobe Illustrator usage will be added advantageAdministrative and Documentation
Maintain and organize proper filing systems (physical and digital)Perform general administrative duties and support day-to-day office operationsHelp with letters, emails, and messages when neededBenefits
