Global R2R Accounting Senior Associate

Job description

Independently manage R2R Lease transactions in compliance with global and local policies.

Fulfill reporting requirements and resolve complex issues with accuracy and timeliness.

Review and analyze accounting entries, identifying and addressing issues with minimal supervision.

Prepare and / or review balance sheet reconciliations in line with Global Policy, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.

Support system, transaction, and process changes, including drafting and updating process documentation.

Assist the Team Lead in reviewing financial entries and reports.

Review KPIs and provide insights or commentaries as required.

Contribute to ad hoc activities and special projects.

Mentor and guide junior analysts.

Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.

Ensure compliance with SOX / FCF control documentation.

Support statutory audit activities.

Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Lead sub-projects and initiatives as assigned by the tower lead.

Essential Requirements

Degree in Accounting & Finance, or a relevant professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA / CPA).
3–5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
Experience in a shared service centre within a global or large organization is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
Willingness to work on a one-year contract basis.
