R2R Global Lease Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage R2R Lease transactions in compliance with global and local policies.
• Fulfill reporting requirements and resolve complex issues with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and analyze accounting entries, identifying and addressing issues with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and / or review balance sheet reconciliations in line with Global Policy, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Support system, transaction, and process changes, including drafting and updating process documentation.
• Assist the Team Lead in reviewing financial entries and reports.
• Review KPIs and provide insights or commentaries as required.
• Contribute to ad hoc activities and special projects.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure compliance with SOX / FCF control documentation.
• Support statutory audit activities.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Lead sub-projects and initiatives as assigned by the tower lead.
