Monitor and analyze sales budgets, ensuring that the sales team in the FMCG sector meets their quotas and goals.
Identify FMCG market trends, conduct research, and develop marketing opportunities and strategies to support sales efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement targeted sales strategies tailored to the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
Organize and maintain all relevant accounts and administrative documents in an efficient and systematic manner.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on team performance, sales results, and market insights.
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.

Able to work according to deadline & good communication skill
Able to converse in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficient in English writing will be an added advantage
