Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales budgets, ensuring that the sales team in the FMCG sector meets their quotas and goals.
  • Identify FMCG market trends, conduct research, and develop marketing opportunities and strategies to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement targeted sales strategies tailored to the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
  • Organize and maintain all relevant accounts and administrative documents in an efficient and systematic manner.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on team performance, sales results, and market insights.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.

Job Requirements

  • Detail-oriented, discipline, honest & positive working attitude
  • Able to work according to deadline & good communication skill
  • Able to converse in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficient in English writing will be an added advantage
