Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations or administrative roles Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel / Sheets & Slides) Good organization and time management skills – able to juggle multiple tasks Detail-oriented and takes initiative to ensure work is complete and accurate Able to work independently and communicate well with cross-functional teams Basic understanding of digital marketing is a bonus Proficient in English and Mandarin is an advantage (for internal communication) Accessible Location - Office conveniently located within walking distance from the MRT. Marketing Operation Executive (Loan & Financing)
Type : Permanent
Basic Salary : RM3,000 to RM4,500 (depending on experience)
Bonus : Monthly performance bonus (up to 4 figures)
Work Mode : On-site
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
Project : Personal Financing, Loan
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and support marketing campaign rollouts (digital, social media)
- Handle administrative tasks including invoice processing, budget tracking & PO issuance
- Monitor campaign timelines and maintain internal marketing calendars
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Sheets or Excel
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal departments on marketing-related tasks
- Assist in organizing team activities, meetings, and documentation
- Manage digital asset libraries (images, videos, documents) and ensure proper versioning
- Support the Marketing Manager on ad-hoc operational needs and project follow-ups
