About the Role

Responsible for the daily Sorting Centre operations, including physical operations - mainly for monthly reconciliation of linehaul invoices / costings with multiple vendors.
Working pattern : 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days).
Working location : Bukit Raja Selatan 40000, Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

Responsible for monthly reconciliation of linehaul invoices / costings with multiple vendors.

Perform analysis and prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc basis to monitor spending.

Organize and schedule ad-hoc briefing to vendors (if required) whenever new implementation / process being rolled out.

Examine data to help with reducing costs in all operations.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skill sets are welcome to apply.

Experienced in warehouse operations would be preferred.

Required Skills

Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments / stakeholders.

Knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is encouraged.
