Job descriptionMinimum SPM / Technical Certificate in machining, tool & die, or related field. At least 1–2 years of experience operating CNC machines (lathe / milling). Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Skilled in using measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. About the role
Pro Tech Diemold Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operator CNC to join our dynamic team. As an Operator CNC, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining the company's state-of-the-art CNC machinery, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our innovative products. This full-time position is based in our modern facility in Shah Alam, Selangor.
What you'll be doing
- Operate and set up CNC machines (lathe / milling) according to production orders.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions.
- Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to achieve accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Record production data and maintain proper documentation.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
