Job descriptionAssist in preparing and joining project startup meetings. Support in following up project tasks and tracking progress. Update schedules and check if tasks are completed on time. Report any risks, delays, or issues. Help with communication between the project team, stakeholders, and contractors. Join project review meetings and collect feedback. Keep project files updated (Gantt chart, reports, slides). Bachelor in Project Management, Bachelor in Office System Management, Bachelor of Secretarial Studies, Bachelor of Corporate Administrative, Bachelor of Operations Management or any related fied. Minimum CGPA 3.0 Excellent computer literacy skills Proactive attitude, team player and strong desire to learn. Strong communication skills, both oral and written
