Our Client :

We have recently partnered with a MNC company that specializes in manufacturing and distributing positive displacement pumps. The company is expanding its Malaysia footprint and currently looking for a Country Manager to drive sales activities and manage local operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities in Malaysia across key industries such as General Industry, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, wastewater, food & beverage, palm oil and more.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Act as the primary sales driver for the company in Malaysia, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Malaysian market, including regulatory requirements, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Set up the operational framework for the company in Malaysia, including hiring local talent (if required), and establishing processes for sales, marketing, and customer support.
• Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the global leadership team.
