Customer Support Part-time (Hybrid | KL)

What you'll be doing :

  • Be a friendly first point of contact with turn around time within 15 minutes- 1 hour to handle and resolve members’ queries
  • Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customise prepared responses to members’ situation, be it onsite or online
  • Deliver excellent customer service through our communication channels (chat platform, email system & onsite events)
  • Excited to work with digital software technology
  • Able to work on shift basis especially out of usual working hours, and doing overnight events (on a need basis)
  • Able to commute throughout Malaysia & handle heavy items for logistics

We want you to have :

  • Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in any
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Priority will be given to applicants that are located at KL area
  • Are willing to learn and grow in a fast-changing environment
  • Able to commit and work on shift for 24 hours 7 days environment
