About the role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at ABSOLUTE PROTECH SPORTS (M) SDN BHD'. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by effectively promoting and selling our innovative range of sports equipment and apparel. This is a full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through various channels
Conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential customers to showcase our product offerings
Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Providing timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and pipeline
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

What we're looking for

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer objections and close deals

Proficient in using sales-related software and tools to manage the sales pipeline

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment

Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the industry and customer needs
