QC Team Lead / QC Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.
• Support certification and recertification audits.
• Act as the main contact for customer complaints, analyze trends, and propose improvements.
• Monitor QA / QC performance, prepare management reports, and lead corrective / preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma, PFMEA, and SPC.
• Work with R&D and Production to integrate quality into new product development.
• Manage customer audits and support supplier evaluation / qualification.
• Mentor and develop QA / QC team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage quality / environmental risks.
