Job description

Responsibilities

  • Familiarise with the hotel system to make reservations and perform check-in / check-out.
  • Handle various forms of guest complains with a professional manner.
  • Collect payments and handle different forms of payments (cash, debit card, credit card, virtual credit card, etc).
  • Employees are required to be responsible for cash balance before and after their shift.
  • Employees are required to be able to work shifts (morning, afternoon, & night).
  • Amend online room rates and allotments for online bookings.
  • Attend to the guest needs when needed to.
  • Work closely with housekeeping team to communicate clean and dirty rooms.
  • Work closely with maintenance to report room issues.
  • Contact suppliers to order products needed for daily operations. For example, mineral water bottles or tissue rolls.
