Key Responsibilities :
Sales Growth :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector in the Southern Region.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Promote and sell the company’s industrial products / services to potential and existing clients.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis :
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Southern Region.
Provide feedback and insights to the management team to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Sales Reporting :
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
