• Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT Recipe creation
• Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT Repair
• Maintain 5S for machine and working environment
• Maintain machine and working environment ready for audit
• Support improvement project
