As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and competent Safety Officer to ensure a safe working environment for all our employees.

Key Responsibilities :

• To advise and assist the Site Management on all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) matters to ensure statutory compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Develop, implement, and review Safety and Health programs, policies, and procedures in line with legal requirements (DOSH / KKP) and best practices.
• Conduct safety inductions for new employees and ongoing safety training for all staff.
• Maintain and update all necessary safety documentation, including the Green Book, registers, and statutory forms.
• Monitor the usage and condition of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and firefighting equipment.
• Act as the Secretary for the Site Safety and Health Committee.
• Promote a strong safety culture and awareness among the workforce through toolbox talks, campaigns, and meetings.
