Job Responsibilities

Handling EP or PVP related matter for China Expatriates
Handling recruitment (make recruitment advertisements, interviews, filtering candidates, recruit through various platform)
Handling staff disciplinary issue

Job Specification

Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Administration or equivalent

Required Skill(s) : Excel, Word

Minimum 2 years of HR senior executive / assistant manager experience

Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands‑on experience

Good working knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and best human resource practices

Able to work under stress and independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient in English and Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speakers.
