IT Infrastructure Coordinator

Job Scope

• Coordinate end to end infrastructure set up activities for the new production floor (network, power, cabling, racks, workplace client, setups etc)
• Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams (IT, Facilities, Production) and external vendors or contractors
• Liaise with external service providers to ensure timely delivery and installation of infrastructure components
• Monitor vendor progress and escalate any delays or quality issues promptly
• Engage with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and keep them informed of progress
• Address concerns or adjustments from stakeholders with agility and professionalism
• Track project timelines ensure milestones are met and report risk and mitigations to the project manager
• Perform quality checks and verify readiness of infrastructure for production use
• Maintain accurate documentation of plans changes and approvals
• Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders
