Job descriptionA solid educational background in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Proven expertise in managing regional IT operations within the F&B sector or similar industries is a must Strong knowledge of technology systems, infrastructure, and security protocols. Experience in leading and motivating IT teams to achieve organizational goals. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic challenges. Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Competitive annual salary of approximately RM 240,000 - RM 270,000 Performance bonus based on individual and company achievements. Overview
- Manage and optimize IT operations across multiple regions, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Monitor and resolve system issues to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Report on IT performance metrics and recommend improvements for future growth.
