Foreman (Automotive)

Foreman : Job Description :

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the workshop technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and accurate completion of all customer repair and maintenance jobs
• Inspect and assess vehicles to determine the appropriate repair and maintenance procedures
• Allocate work tasks to the team and monitor their progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Provide training and guidance to workshop personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, parts used, and labour hours
• Collaborate with the parts department to ensure the availability of necessary parts and materials
• Liaise with customers to address any queries or concerns and provide updates on the status of their vehicles
• Ensure the workshop adheres to all relevant safety and quality standards

Pay : RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
