Job Description

Support the MD in managing daily operations across multiple projects.
Track and evaluate project performance to ensure alignment with schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Compile consolidated project reports outlining risks, progress, and recommended actions for the MD’s review.
Facilitated effective communication and information flow between Project Directors, functional teams, and the MD.
Support in resolving cross-project coordination issues, escalating critical matters to the MD.
Ensure consistency in project execution and reporting practices.
Documented key learnings for internal knowledge sharing and capability building.
Served as the MD’s representative in operational discussions with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Build and sustain collaborative relationships to facilitate effective project delivery.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
Recommend practical improvements to operational workflows and monitoring systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 20 years of relevant working experience.

Strong skills in coordination, stakeholder management, and reporting.

Demonstrated strategic thinking, resilience, and integrity.

excellent communication skills and proven capability to coach and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Foresees operational issues and escalates them to the MD along with actionable solutions.

Demonstrate professionalism in engagements with stakeholders to foster strong relationships and collaboration.

Recommends efficient solutions to strengthen reporting and coordination.

Delivers reliably on operational monitoring and follow-up tasks.

Utilizes project knowledge to provide the MD with well-informed recommendations.
