Job Description

• Support the MD in managing daily operations across multiple projects.
• Track and evaluate project performance to ensure alignment with schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Compile consolidated project reports outlining risks, progress, and recommended actions for the MD’s review.
• Facilitated effective communication and information flow between Project Directors, functional teams, and the MD.
• Support in resolving cross-project coordination issues, escalating critical matters to the MD.
• Ensure consistency in project execution and reporting practices.
• Documented key learnings for internal knowledge sharing and capability building.
• Served as the MD’s representative in operational discussions with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Build and sustain collaborative relationships to facilitate effective project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
• Recommend practical improvements to operational workflows and monitoring systems.
