Join IJM Group's Industry Division as a Sales Admin where you'll leverage your technical expertise to develop client relationships, solve complex problems, and drive business growth for one of Malaysia's most respected companies.

Your Impact

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using SAP and Middleware systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support regarding products, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintain internal sales records and assist with data entry and reporting tasks
  • Prepare and distribute sales documentation, proposals, contracts, and invoices
  • Support sales representatives with scheduling meetings, creating presentations, and follow-ups

    • Must Have

  • Preferably 1 - 2 years experiences in Sales Admin
  • Able to work at Bestari Jaya
  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Management or equivalent
  • A detailed-oriented person, strong negotiator & good problem solver will be an added advantage.

    • Good to Have

  • Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales
  • Understanding of project management principles
  • Knowledge of industry procurement processes
  • Existing network of industry contacts
