Sales Admin Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanProcess sales orders accurately and efficiently using SAP and Middleware systems Respond to customer inquiries and provide support regarding products, pricing, and availability. Maintain internal sales records and assist with data entry and reporting tasks Prepare and distribute sales documentation, proposals, contracts, and invoices Support sales representatives with scheduling meetings, creating presentations, and follow-ups Preferably 1 - 2 years experiences in Sales Admin Able to work at Bestari Jaya Candidate must possess at least Degree in Management or equivalent A detailed-oriented person, strong negotiator & good problem solver will be an added advantage. Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales Understanding of project management principles Knowledge of industry procurement processes Existing network of industry contacts

What We Offer
- Medical coverage : Up to RM1,750 (single) / RM3,500 (married), including optical, dental, chiropractic & TCM.
- Annual Leave : 20 days for executive and above (with up to 5 days carry-forward).
- EPF Contribution : 14% employer contribution, increasing by 1% every 5 years of service (up to an additional 5%).
