• Schedule and manage daily staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
• Encourage upselling, cross-selling, and building customer loyalty.
• Ensure Beauty Advisors deliver high-quality customer service aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take action to drive results.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
