Seeking a multi-skilled Social Content Creator & Videographer who is more than just a social media manager – you are a storyteller, a trend-spotter, and a data-savvy creative all in one. You will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle : from conceptualizing and shooting high-impact, thumb-stopping videos to analyzing their performance and optimizing for sales. Your primary mission is to grow our audience, engage our community, and directly drive traffic and conversions to our e-commerce website.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. End-to-End Content Creation & Strategy
Develop and execute a data-driven TikTok content strategy aligned with brand identity and e-commerce goals (traffic, conversions, ROAS).
Ideate, script, shoot, and edit a high volume of original, engaging video content (daily / weekly) focused on showcasing products, building brand awareness, and inspiring purchase conversion.Masterfully utilize trending audio, formats, and challenges, adapting them to fit our brand and products.Create a diverse content mix, including product showcases, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, duets, and user-generated content campaigns.2. Videography & Creative FlairLeverage your proven talent for videography to produce high-quality, visually stunning content using a smartphone and / or professional equipment.
Demonstrate a strong creative flair through dynamic editing, seamless transitions, compelling on-screen text, and a keen eye for visual composition.3. E-Commerce Performance DrivingSeamlessly integrate e-commerce calls-to-action (CTAs) into content, driving viewers to our website via the link in bio, TikTok Shop, and pinned comments.
Work closely with the Marketing Team to obtain assets and align brand direction with the eCommerce content strategy calendar for launches, tactical campaigns, and TikTok-exclusive promotions.Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (views, engagement, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) to prove content ROI and inform future strategy.4. Community Management & Brand VoiceBe the ‘voice’ representing the brand within the TikTok community alongside the TikTok Assistant Manager.
Proactively engage with comments, messages, and user-generated content to foster a loyal following.Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.Qualifications & Experience
A portfolio / reel of TikTok / Meta / XHS content that demonstrates creative flair and videography talent.Proven experience growing a TikTok / Meta / XHS account (personal or brand) and understanding what makes content viral.Hands‑on experience with video shooting (smartphone or professional) and editing apps.Deep understanding of content creation strategy, culture, trends, and best practices on TikTok / XHS.Passion for e-commerce and clear understanding of how social content drives sales.Skills & Competencies
