About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Veterinary Clinic Assistant to join our team at KLINIK HAIWAN DAN SURGERI RIZQ in Alor Gajah Melaka. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our animal healthcare facility, ensuring exceptional care and service for our patients and their owners.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting veterinarians and veterinary nurses in the examination, treatment, and care of animals
- Preparing examination rooms, sterilising equipment, and maintaining a clean and organised clinic environment
- Handling and restraining animals during procedures, as needed
- Providing compassionate care and comfort to patients
- Maintaining accurate medical records and inventory management
- Communicating effectively with clients to address their questions and concerns
- Performing various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
