About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Veterinary Clinic Assistant to join our team at KLINIK HAIWAN DAN SURGERI RIZQ in Alor Gajah Melaka. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our animal healthcare facility, ensuring exceptional care and service for our patients and their owners.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting veterinarians and veterinary nurses in the examination, treatment, and care of animals
• Preparing examination rooms, sterilising equipment, and maintaining a clean and organised clinic environment
• Handling and restraining animals during procedures, as needed
• Providing compassionate care and comfort to patients
• Maintaining accurate medical records and inventory management
• Communicating effectively with clients to address their questions and concerns
• Performing various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
