Supply Chain - Procurement, Executive [VACANT]

Job Description

• To manage rolling forecast and perform demand planning with reference to historical and projected sales data.
• Collaborate with business and principal through S&OP to gather insights and inputs that impacted demand forecast.
• To execute day to day purchasing processes included reviewing purchase request, issuing purchase orders, overseeing the order fulfillment cycle, and keeping track of open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• To liaise and work with the forwarder / courier service providers and monitor the incoming shipments diligently.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels efficiently to minimize inward logistic costs and ensure timely stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
• To perform vendor performance assessment annually to ensure continuous engagement and improvement of product quality and service level.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the procurement processes.
• To ensure continual compliance with ISO & GDPMD requirements.
