Job descriptionPerform product master data entry from source PDF documents into excel spreadsheets accurately and timely. Verify existing data by comparing it to source documents. Upload the verified data into SAP database. Provide a weekly summary of the progress made in data entry tasks. Respond to inquiries regarding entered data. Assist in MSDS compilation for custom clearance purposes. Perform scanning and record keeping for inbound shipping documents such as CIPL, AWB, K1 form, etc. Perform any other duties assigned by superior. Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Meticulous and pay great attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
