Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at GSK TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes and end products. This full-time position is based in Rawang, Selangor, and is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control measures to meet to the industry standards and customer expectations. This position is required to communicate with Supplier from China / Taiwan. What you'll be doing

Developing, implement and maintain quality standards, system, procedures and documentation, to monitor and improve manufacturing processes Support product development and launch activities APQP, PPAP and customer specific quality deliverables. Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement. Analyzing quality data and generating detailed reports to track and optimize production quality. Investigating to customer complaints and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal quality standards Continuously participate in exploring new quality assurance techniques and technologies to enhance our product quality and processes efficiency. What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalenttp any other related field / knowledge With working experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards Proficient in the use of quality management software and data analysis tools Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and IATF 16949 requirements.
