IPC Shopping Centre is located in the Damansara neighbourhood and offers a family-friendly experience with a mix of retail, dining and experiential spaces. The role focuses on casual leasing, advertising spaces, and communities events to support marketing objectives and centre performance.
Responsibilities – Casual Leasing of Promotional Spaces & Communities Events
- Handle casual leasing of promotional spaces in the Shopping Centre according to the yearly budget.
- Plan and execute community-driven events and campaigns in line with marketing objectives and the Centre’s positioning.
- Supervise the set-up of events, roadshows, fairs and activities; coordinate with internal departments, external service providers, exhibitors and contractors.
- Source suitable external parties for casual leasing that align with the Centre’s Brand Values and Market Position.
- Develop relationships with tenants and exhibitors to secure take-up of promotional spaces in the centre.
- Build relationships with communities, tenants, vendors and event organizers to co-create events, roadshows and fairs according to their advertising and promotional needs.
- Assist the manager in achieving monthly income targets through profitable rental of promotional space, inventory rental and other available revenues.
- Track and measure event outcomes to achieve high occupancy and good yields.
- Stay informed of market trends to bring relevant communities’ events and sales activities to the centre.
- Maintain experiential areas during vacancy periods for promotional and community spaces.

Handle casual leasing of advertising spaces in the Shopping Centre according to the yearly budget.Contact tenants and potential brands to describe advertising opportunities in the Centre.Stay informed of current retail advertising trends in the market.Supervise the set-up of advertising media and coordinate with internal departments, external service providers, exhibitors and contractors.Ensure advertisements are appropriate and aligned with the Shopping Centre’s image and positioning.Track and measure outcomes for advertising spaces from advertisers.Develop relationships with tenants and advertisers to secure sponsorship according to yearly budget.Identify potential spaces to be converted into advertising opportunities.Be up-to-date with current advertising technology and solutions.Build relationships with tenants to support their Advertising and Promotional needs.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.At least 2 years of marketing experience in a shopping centre or retail environment.Strong experience in sales with interpersonal and communication skills; ability to liaise with and present to various channels across the business.Strong networking skills and resourcefulness.Independent and able to multi-task; able to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.Strong negotiation skills and personal integrity.Proactive with good initiative in finding solutions.Good command of English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage.Please apply by 30-June-2025.
