【Urgent】Associate Architect

The role involves supporting architectural design development, feasibility studies, and design coordination for modular buildings and customized client solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with the R&D, sales, and project teams to translate client needs into practical, regulation-compliant, and aesthetically refined designs suitable for the Malaysian market.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and design proposals based on client requirements and project briefs
• Conduct feasibility studies and ensure designs comply with Malaysian building codes and regulations
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and presentation materials for client and internal reviews
• Collaborate with the sales, engineering, and project management teams during design development, client meetings, and technical discussions to ensure smooth design execution
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal departments for design submissions and approvals
