This role requires a Signal Integrity Engineer to play a key role in the design and validation of high-speed interconnect products.

key responsibilities

• Design and Simulation : Perform component and system-level simulations to assist in product design. Use new modeling and simulation techniques to design new connectors, cable assemblies, and connector evaluation PCBs.
• Validation and Testing : Conduct high-speed empirical and analytical signal integrity evaluations of interconnects. Validate designs and correlate measurements with simulations using equipment like VNAs, TDRs, and oscilloscopes.
• Product Development and Support : Develop new products on tight timelines. Guide cross-functional teams on product development priorities based on simulation and measurement results. Support released products through optimization, characterization, and application support.
• Technical Documentation and Training : Create technical documentation and white papers. Train and support other engineers on technical knowledge and software tools.
• Collaboration : Utilize strong project management skills to prioritize jobs and multitask. Be prepared to travel for training, sales support, or industry events.
