Test Technician

Purpose Statement : To ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by meticulously operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment. Through collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning, strive to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and ultimately contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Plexus's commitment to quality.

Key Job Accountabilities :

• Develops and executes manufacturing solutions, providing high-quality, cost-effective services that meet customer requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty and applying process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production relevant to their role.
• Demonstrates an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of supporting the full Plexus manufacturing processes, product requirements & specifications, cross-discipline or supplier coordination relevant to their role.
• Executes responsibilities independently following good manufacturing practices and Plexus' processes, providing support to production line operators as needed.
• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup, and operation as applicable to their role.
