Job Summary :
We are seeking a data-driven and collaborative CRM Marketing Manager / Specialist to lead our customer engagement strategy through email marketing, push notifications, and lifecycle automation. This role will work cross-functionally with the Tech team to ensure seamless integration, data accuracy, and campaign execution across platforms. Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and execute multi-channel CRM strategies across email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS.
- Design and manage lifecycle flows (onboarding, reactivation, churn prevention) in close coordination with the Tech team.
- Develop, test, and optimize the onboarding flow to ensure a smooth and effective user activation journey.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data engineers to :
Implement and maintain customer data pipelines and event tracking.
Ensure marketing tools are correctly integrated (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, Segment, Firebase, Appsflyer, GA4, Sendinblue, and in-house sending system).Automate event-based and behavior-triggered campaigns.Work closely with the Content team to ensure high-quality messaging that complies with best practices and avoids spam filters.Create and manage dynamic segmentation and personalized messaging using customer and event data.A / B test messaging, delivery times, and creative formats to optimize performance.Ensure full compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data regulations.Monitor CRM campaign KPIs and generate performance reports with actionable insights.Requirement :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.3+ years experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.Proven ability to work with Tech teams on campaign automation, customer data, and platform integrations.Proficient in tools such as Braze, MoEngage, Iterable, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment, Firebase, Appsflyer, GA4, Sendinblue, in-house systems, or HubSpot.Familiarity with HTML / CSS for email, and basic knowledge of APIs and webhooks is a plus.Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and decision-making.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).Position can be remote
