Onboarding Specialist

to oversee the onboarding process of participants and ensure timely execution of projects within Service Level Agreements (SLA). As part of our dynamic team, you'll engage with

internal

external stakeholders , helping to streamline processes while providing

exceptional customer service . This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a

spaces. Key Responsibilities : Onboarding Oversight :

Manage the smooth onboarding of participants, ensuring that all steps are executed within agreed-upon SLAs. Kick-off Meetings & Updates :

Lead

project kick-off meetings , monitor progress, and provide regular updates to internal teams and stakeholders. Attestation of Compliance (AoC) :

Act as the first-level assessor for

Attestation of Compliance (AoC)

and ensure proper documentation is in place. Stakeholder Engagement :

Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding experiences. Process Improvement :

Propose

process improvements

to streamline the onboarding process and maintain updated

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . Project Planning & Implementation :

Assist in the planning and execution of new services, ensuring smooth integration into existing systems. Performance Monitoring & Reporting :

Track and monitor onboarding performance, generate reports, and share insights with management to improve overall efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements : Education :

Bachelor’s degree in

Business ,

Finance ,

Banking ,

IT , or related fields. Experience :

Minimum of

2 years

in

financial ,

banking , or

payment services industries . Skills : Strong

communication

skills in

English

and

Bahasa Malaysia . Proficiency in

MS Word ,

Excel ,

PowerPoint , and

Confluence . Project management

experience is a plus. Strong

leadership ,

problem-solving , and

time management
