As a Sales Property Consultant at Myra, your main objective is to assist homebuyers on their home-owning journey, making the purchase of their most-prized possession easy and exciting. You will actively engage with potential clients, provide personalized assistance, and ensure a pleasant experience in our sales galleries. Your efforts will contribute to achieving sales targets, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential clients, providing personalized assistance throughout the sales process to ensure their needs are met.
- Utilize innovative lead generation techniques to identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within the target market.
- Negotiate effectively with clients to secure favorable terms and close sales agreements, maximizing revenue for the company.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, informing sales strategies and decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and development, to align sales strategies with broader business objectives and initiatives.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing sales performance and achieving targets.
- Ensure the sales gallery is clean, well-maintained, and provides a welcoming environment for clients.
Requirements
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking clients.Strong ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with clients and team members.Self-motivated, positive, and resilient, able to thrive and deliver results even in challenging situations.Minimum 1 year of experience in property sales, real estate development, or a related industry.Must possess own transport and be willing to travel between project sites.Holds a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Real Estate, or any equivalent field.Confident and comfortable conducting live broadcasts or social media engagements to promote projects and connect with potential buyers.Benefits
